Renaissance Wire Installs New Filtration System Eliminating Harmful
Chemicals from Drawing Process
Oxford, MA - Renaissance Wire has installed a new filtration system in its drawing machines. This new system extends the life of the lubrication used in the drawing process therefore eliminating the amount of hazardous waste generated.
"This new filtration system allows us to create a fresher production process and allows our company to provide a safer, cleaner product to our customers,” says Joseph Mancini, President of Renaissance Wire. ”This is yet another step Renaissance is taking to develop a more environmentally-friendly product and manufacturing process."
The company first initiated a more environmentally conscious approach in 2002 when it installed a new scrubber system that eliminated harsh chemicals and acids from the plating line. |
